How To Access Your Live Session Links?

Rules To Follow Attending The Live Sessions:

Please always test if your video and audio is properly connected.
1. The number of participants that can join the link is limited to 30 students. You can only use one device to enter the link, if you tried using a different device you will be logged out to another.
2. Please keep the meeting links confidential and private, if you are caught to be sharing the links or tried to ask someone else other than yourself to attend the sessions, you will be disqualified from taking the final exams.
3. We require you to open your video and be an active participant during the whole session except during called breaks. We will have someone to monitor your activities, presence and attention during the live session.

How To Access The Exams Page?
It is a must to attend the Live Sessions and should be present for 75% of the whole duration.
We will have someone to monitor the attendees’ presence, activities and attention during the session, if you are found to be present 75% of the time, you will receive an access code for the exams within 24 hours before the Exam Date and Time Starts.

How To Take The Exams?
We have a virtual proctoring system for every test and you have to comply with the instructions given. If you are found to be non-compliant to these, your examination pass will be invalid thus, automatically failing you and will be reported as someone who tried to bypass or tried to cheat with the exams proctoring process.

Here are the steps on how to take the Exams,
1. You are required to use a Chrome Browser ONLY. The reason for this is our proctoring system can only be installed with chrome browsers.
2. Install The AI-Proctor Chrome Extension. Here’s the link:

3. You will need to log-in to the extension.
Remember to only use the one email address to all your accounts with us.
4. Follow the instructions given by AI-Proctor to proceed taking your Exams.

How To Get Your Training Certification?
The requirements to for you to get the certification are as follows:
1. You need to be present 75% of the whole live session.
2. You need to pass the Final Examination.
You will receive an email from us notifying you that your Certificate is already available in your Step Up account dashboard.
